Mercury

Mercury: 1956-60

Mercury Records were distributed by Pye (NZ) Ltd from 1956 until 1960.Singles were issued in an unique sleeve.

Mercury: 1960-67

In 1960 Philips Electrical Industries Ltd took of the manufacturing and distribution of the Mercury label.
I am unsure what sleeves were used from 1960 to 1967 it could have been the generic Philips company sleeve. If you can shed light on this please leave a commit.

Mercury: 1967-72

From 1967 until 1972 Mercury singles were issued in the blue sleeve.

Mercury: 1972-91

In 1970 Philips' distribution arm was re-branded as Polygram  (NZ) Ltd. From 1972 on all Mercury singles were issued in a generic Polygram company sleeve.

Mercury Records stopped issuing vinyl singles in 1991.
